Posted on: 11:05 pm, March 30, 2014, by Emily Byrd, updated on: 08:12am, March 31, 2014It’s going to be a beautiful, springlike week ahead with highs in the 70s!High pressure will slide across the Carolinas today, bringing improving weather to the Piedmont.Winds will be much lighter today, between 5 and 10 mph with mostly sunny skies.Temperatures will be climbing through the 60s by the lunch hour and making it to 70 degrees this afternoon!The UV index for today is 8 out of 10.Mostly clear skies are ahead for tonight with mild low temperatures in the mid-40′s.Winds will be light, if not completely calm through daybreak.Warmer weather continues to take over the southeast, and highs will be soundly in the mid- to upper-70s for most of the week!
