Il Fornaio’s Festa Regionale menus allow diners to experience different types of authentic Italian food. From March 3-16, Il Fornaio is offering guests a culinary journey through Basilicata, the region of Italy that forms the instep of the Italian ‘boot.’Basilicata’s terrain is largely mountainous and hilly, but it is also home to one short coastline on the Tyrrhenian Sea, and a longer one to the southeast on the Gulf of Toranto.
